Fashion events give us the chance to view designer garments; mingle with industry players and land editorial coverage for the designer. My time at ROMP, March 27th delivered in that regard. With "evening glamour" on the invitation, the guests fit right into the mood of the evening. At the entrance, a statesque model in a seafoam ROMP slipdress greeted the guests. In my opinion, I would have loved the jewelry by Fati Parsia, Spiriteux Jewelry, displayed closer to the entrance since the jewelry was featured on the invitation as a "private showing". All together a fun, glam night of fashion and inspiration. Fashion industry players of note at event: Jane Owen, P3R; Merle Ginsberg, Fashion Rules and George Blodwell, Genlux.
