Fashion Review - 80th Academy Awards!

The Academy Awards hosted a fashion runway review of reflective looks of Hollywood's Style Icons over the years at 8949 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, Februray 13, just days before the 80th Academy Awards at the world renowned Kodak Theatre.



Oscar, Fashion Coordinator, Patty Fox, (above) focused the spotlight on stars whose sense of personal style earned them iconic standing in the world of fashion.

Some of the Style Icons that were honored included:
Audrey Hepburn
Nicole Kidman
Halle Berry
Gwyneth Paltrow
Charlize Theron
Catherine Zeta-Jones
and Renee Zellweger.

Designers who were included in the preview were Oscar De La Renta, Randolph Duke, Kevan Hall, Lloyd Klein, Marchesa, Isaac Mizrahi, Pamela Roland, Elie Saab and Angel Sanchez. Furthermore, a team of expert hair stylists and make-up artists from Roy Teeluck Salon prepared the models for their high-fashion stroll down the runway constructed for the occasion.

The diamonds were courtesy of Cartier, Diamond in the Rough, Martin Katz, Neil Lane (above), H. Stern and Van Cleef & Arpels provided the finishing touches to the glamour of the preview. In addition to viewing the georgeous gowns down the runway, listening to Style Expert, Steven Cojocaru, E Entertainment! was an added highlight of the progam to me.
